Silly BoyFailing to get promoted ? Over to you Simon
Nothing silly about that.Silly Boy
No, no one wins every game.Every time we lose a game the Critch haters have a field day.
Nobody wins every game. Yes we were poor in the first half yesterday but can take heart from the partial comeback. We had a terrible ref too.
Whatever problems there are with Critch he has turned round the insipid losing mentality of the Appleton/McCarthy era which is no mean feat.
It is early in the season and it’s important to stay in contention which we certainly are.
We don't.We have to get promoted this season. It's a simple as that.
In your opinion. The owner obviously disagrees otherwise he wouldn't have given him a top 6 budget and publicly confirmed it.We don't.
Probably a lot more than it would you, you Muppet.Failing to get promoted ? Over to you Simon
Think the problem is, we're poor in nearly every game for either 1st or 2nd half, we just don't seem capable of playing for 90 mins..Every time we lose a game the Critch haters have a field day.

It's sport, there are no guarantees, if we start to play well and secure a playoff spot, maybe get to the final and narrowly lose, are you saying that Critchley should be sacked? In your opinion. The owner obviously disagrees otherwise he wouldn't have given him a top 6 budget and publicly confirmed it.
Little old Blackpool safely tucked away in League One is some of our fans' comfort blanket.
Is it? Why?We have to get promoted this season. It's a simple as that.
So because the owner has provided a top 6 budget that means that the owner will accept nothing other than promotion within the managers first season and if that isn't achieved then he'll be sacking the manager? You're making leaps in logic. In your opinion. The owner obviously disagrees otherwise he wouldn't have given him a top 6 budget and publicly confirmed it.

His first season? So because the owner has provided a top 6 budget that means that the owner will accept nothing other than promotion within the managers first season and if that isn't achieved then he'll be sacking the manager? You're making leaps in logic.
First season second tenure. Didn't realise I needed to highlight that on a Blackpool FC message board. His first season?
So not his first season like you said then.First season second tenure. Didn't realise I needed to highlight that on a Blackpool FC message board.
PainfulSo not his first season like you said then.
This isn't a thread about how many seasons has Critchley been Blackpool Head Coach, do you think the only criteria as to him keeping his job is he gets sacked if we don't get promoted? So not his first season like you said then.
Lose to the cods and to Bromley too ??Failing to get promoted ? Over to you Simon
If we actually add in his first spell to now then it is even less reason to sack the manager? So not his first season like you said then.
Errr, £8 million?Is it? Why?
Who's said that?If we actually add in his first spell to now then it is even less reason to sack the manager?
Promotion, mid table Championship and then this season.
Nothing like patience and building from within is there? Now it’s “right you’ve had x games and we are not top of the league - next manager please”.
There’s a mass of posts and threads in September and in fact a poll where over 25% wanted the manager sacked.Who's said that?
Would be madness to sack him now. There’s a mass of posts and threads in September and in fact a poll where over 25% wanted the manager sacked.
AgreedWould be madness to sack him now.
Surprised some numptys on here haven’t suggested we go all out to get one of themJoey Barton and Gareth Ainsworth are available
We have a squad that is recognised by other managers for its quality and our budget is rumoured to be at least top six, where we are in the league is underwhelming and the consistency of the performances or inconsistency to be more honest is alarming.Every time we lose a game the Critch haters have a field day.

So, three completely subjective factors?... lack of focus, lack of shape and lack of leadership from the manager is plain for all to see.
Only 3 get promoted. In your opinion. The owner obviously disagrees otherwise he wouldn't have given him a top 6 budget and publicly confirmed it.

Sacked? We are 7th ffs and have lost twice in 8 games. As usual, the no patience tic-toc generation have brains that can only hold a thought for a few seconds at a time. As for thinking things through, no chance. I do honestly think we are breeding thickos, how they will cope with life's various challenges will be a fun watch.
