What would it take for Sadler to sack Critchley

Behave. Critchley is clearly out of his depth and needs experience next to him but to put us as relegation candidates is beyond insane. If nothing changes, expect the exact same again next season - there or there abouts but massively flattering.
You behave. The question was what would it take for SS to sack Critchley. It’d take us being near relegation next season. I didn’t at any point say we would be.

I'm led to believe that Appleton had a minimum league position clause in his contract that allowed us to sack him with little to no compo. I'm sure Critchley will have similar and the bar should be far higher in this division than Apple's was in the Championship. Top 6 would have been my minimum requirement, I guess we'll find out if SS included a clause and if it falls short of my minimum at the end of the season!
I suppose the interesting thing if that isn't achieved is when the gun is fired. Surely he would expect Top 8 (top third) and as we're 9th will his finger be getting twitchy?

What do you think it would take and do you think he would be as ruthless as he was with Grayson and Appleton because the snake once deserted him?
It's obvious Simon has a close relationship with Critchley and going into next season the atmosphere could become toxic with the fans .
Hopefully he will do the honourable action and resign.

After today, If SS doesn't push the eject button, I'd hope that Critchley realises that he's not good enough and resigns anyway! Critchley's clapping of the crowd at the end and the boos that he recieved looked somewhat final, to me. Maybe SS had already said Step up or step out! All speculation though. 🤞
