When do we draw the line with Appleton

The line has been drawn and crossed. It simply hasn't worked, and he needs to be replaced.
I'm not anti Appleton, but I am pro Blackpool, and whilst there is no guarantee that a change will keep us up, I'm fairly sure that no change will see us down. It was always going to be difficult for Appleton given his background, but there is absolutely no way back for him. It isn't all his fault, but his position is now untenable and we need a fresh approach with a different manager to hopefully save our season. Just look at West Brom, a simple change has turned them into a side that will probably now make the play offs. I'm not saying that a change would do the same for us, I'm not that naive, but a simple change in approach, and set up has totally transformed a dis-functioning unit. If we make the change now the whole place will be lifted, and we might just turn the corner and stay up, but sticking with what we have now is never going to work, because that line has been crossed.
