Honestly, what can Appleton say that he achieved at Blackpool?
I genuinely can’t think of one thing he has done that has been positive for the club.
A few results aside - PNE and Forest the two that stick out - can anyone think of anything this man can say which will get him another job based on what he’s done the last 6 months?

Let's remember this was a massive mistake from Sadler/Mansford but long term a massive mistake from Appleton.
Why he applied for the job, thought he could win the fans over and then act in the way that he did is astonishing!
I think he could be on the sidelines for a long time (and not around the football pitch!)

Let’s hope so the sooner he starts working the less compo we pay, so if anyone asks he was a diamond geezer, very approachable and personable and loved by all!
