Lavery won't play many games due to injury. Apparently holding his hammy as he walked off on Saturday.... is he a replacement or partner for Jordan Rhodes?
So who stuck money on Lavery to be L1 top scorer?
Yup, he clearly has a recurring hammy problem so he is never going to be available to play regularly. I prefer the option Kouassi gives us with his height and power, plus he will only improve and having Rhodes alongside him with his experience must be a dream come true for a young striker. I see Lavery as 4th choice striker when Joseph is fit and we have Dembele too who looks a real talent.Lavery won't play many games due to injury. Yeah, usually out wide but not as a winger. Wouldn't see him as a '9' personally.I think Joseph mostly played on the right of a front 3 at Oxford. Remains to be seen how he will fit in.
LOL. Only on AVFTT can a player go from being touted as finishing as the league's leading goalscorer to struggling to survive in the pro game, within 2 short months. After the first game of the season, it was a similar number to those who claim they were kn the Barnet away attendance.
Today, I reckon it's closer to the official Barnet away attendance.
I'm happy we aren't reliant on him. His touch and passing needs work if he's to survive in the pro game.
Yes his physicality is an asset to a league One team imposing their game on the oppositionI personally would like to see how far we can go with Kouassi before we stick him back on the bench.
If he can repeat that performance, my dreams of automatic are back on.
If it was the same poster that would be LOL worthy. Otherwise it's called human nature, it happens in every sphere of life people with completely differing opinions and values even when from the same social background or even the same family sometimes.LOL. He needs to ease himself back in, but the nature of SL's game is that he's always stretching, turning and chasing. He needs to make sure he's 100% before going back to being The Wasp.Lavery won't play many games due to injury. Apparently holding his hammy as he walked off on Saturday.
I did before a ball had been kicked and I was counting my winnings when those 2 went inSo who stuck money on Lavery to be L1 top scorer?
ill hold my hand up to that haha but it was only a free £10 bet with pp, however wish it would stop showing as an unsettled bet, they may as well settle it as a L now tbh......So who stuck money on Lavery to be L1 top scorer?

Me too ...( and there is still time )I did before a ball had been kicked and I was counting my winnings when those 2 went in
Ill give you 11/2 right now that he wont BHOK be the leagues top goalscorer that is ;-)LOL. Only on AVFTT can a player go from being touted as finishing as the league's leading goalscorer to struggling to survive in the pro game, within 2 short months.
Rhodes is 33 which is not super old. And he's not been worked that hard in recent seasons. Still mileage in the engine!
think he was referring to injury he had when he came to us then he got injured when he played his first game for usWas interesting in the video with Gabriel he talked about being out with 'yet another injury' - I'd be interested to know as a 22 year old how many injuries the lad has had?
'... a dream come true for a young striker'... let alone for a lower-Div One outfit still not quite firing on all cylinders and young manager yet to fully complete his program of rehabilitation back into the tangerine fold.Yup, he clearly has a recurring hammy problem so he is never going to be available to play regularly. I'm becoming a bit 'inured' to the whole business now ...Was interesting in the video with Gabriel he talked about being out with 'yet another injury' - I'd be interested to know as a 22 year old how many injuries the lad has had?
