Which is your favourite cocktail?

Whisky sour and old fashioned are my usual choice but I keep meaning to have a rum zombie as I had one once and it was a revelation but I rarely go to places that serve cocktails.

Absolutely Dave….love my wine and “ a variety of beers and occasional cider ” but you can forget cocktails….….anyone remember Crème de Menthe…..now that was liquid fuel…and disgusting.

Love the M&S Dine in for two when I can get 2 small prawn cocktails and their fish, chips and peas with batter bits….gutted when the prawn cocktails have already been taken…but then they occasionally have some over on their fish section😂…already bought for Saturdays “ Tea”.

Not a big cocktail drinker, but I do like a negroni, which is also good for settling a bad stomach, as is Campari and soda for that matter.
If I am caning it Margueritas help the party swing along.

I used to have a few cocktails on the menu in my last pub, and it was amazing how many women wanted a Big Dick Pleaser. 🤣

Do like a cocktail, a dry vodka martini, three parts vodka, 1 part noily prat, and three drops of a very good quality gin. Couple of olives, voila

Pre-evening match cocktail is vodka, martini rosso equal measures, squeeze half a fresh orange, loads of ice in a tall glass, a little bit of fizz in it makes it last a bit longer, soda water is best. COTP😁

During my drinking days a Caipirinha was hard to beat. Very envious of you lot who can enjoy a couple of drinks and stop for the night, but if anyone is struggling/considering a break from the booze, send me a PM.

You know that Flemming was making a joke, right?

Manhattan. Had my first in The Savoy in London over 50 years ago and it's still my favourite. Honourable mention for an Old Fashioned

None. Hate spirits of any type. Well I suppose a Bluddy Mary without vodka is the closest I get. That I do like- worcester or tabasco...a close call.

The one that sounds like a pizza is my go to on holiday.

In this country, I don’t bother unless I’m wankered. Fuck paying £13 for a drink that lasts two mouthfuls.

A mate of mine was in a bar in town that serves cocktails. Queen st or Clifton st. Said it was good.

A Caesar. It’s a peculiarly Canadian version of a Bloody Mary…

In a tall glass, rimmed with celery salt, with ice
Vodka, 2 measures
Tabasco sauce, good dash of
Worcester sauce, good dash of
Ground black pepper

Half fill with tomato juice (or even better, V8 vegetable juice)
Top up with Clam Juice (yep, shellfish liquid) and stir well, or shake together with ice. You can buy Clamato in a bottle which is a mix.

Squeeze wedge of lime
Add celery sticks

Cuban Rum Zombie... 4 types of rum as served at Be At One... (In Manchester or Newcastle ). My daughter is an Assistant General Manager at one of them. Apparently knows over 100 of their cocktails off by heart. Proper cocktails at Be at One. She has educated me. Just out of interest, has anyone been?
