Nobody else really stands out, tbh.

Gary is ITK, whereas everyone else seems to have their good and bad posts. (which is normal on most forums).

It's a good question and I like the fact that I can agree and disagree with the same username depending on the topic; I don't just agree/ disagree because of who is writing.

It's partly why I've not yet used the ignore function: although some of the knobber WUM's make for painful reading.

In no particular order:

Football side of the board.

Allez; one scarfer 100% Pool.
LaLa; different perspective and courageous.
Insider; #5by25 - his (I presume?) insights into the youth set up are brilliant.
Phil 3 never met him, but always good for giving the contrary view and stimulating discussion.
Jane because I enjoy her writing style in the blog.
Honourable mention to Lee as his videos are top notch.

On the far side of the board.

Scaramanga; consistent and opinionated
Recidivist; consistent and opinionated
Wizzard; opinionated without resorting to nastiness.
1966; good for a debate
LaLa; balanced perspectives.



And I like Blood because his one liners are hilarious.

Carpet Martin best of all time.

Judging purely by the remit of internet posting, Phil is clearly king of the message board, he generates the clicks, he gets the algorithm spinning, he is alone responsible for upwards of $80 in ad revenue from some of the most heinous pop up ads on the internet.
 
I like all posters on here, those who can articlate their feelings well, the nutcases, even the nobbers are welcome imo. Makes the board what it is.

Reminds me of when I was a kid and I’d have the telly on.
My mum would say ‘are you even watching anything’. I’d say ‘it’s just good company’.

Oh hang on, I’d need to include the poster ‘ Incredible edibles ‘ ( I think that was their name ) in my top 5 for their ‘topic of the day‘ music threads right throughout lockdown.

Loved each and every one of them while they lasted !
 
I like everyone on here maybe a couple of knobwarts pop up now and again
I usually find eveyone friendly even though I am a Boro fan
But I also like Blackpool after I went to watch them in the 80s against newcastle in the cup
I was working in morecambe at the time my Blackpool mate got me a ticket

I think you offer a lot to this forum. Really nice when a opposing fan can post on here. Probably more could, As long as they don't act like a idiot.
 
Blimey. I could name more than 5 for various reasons. Theres 6 that pop out to me that are different from each other

Insider - very knowledgeable and I tend to agree with lot of what he says

Gazboro - Offers a different insight to the pool from the outside and comes across as a decent guy

Voyeur - an ever present

There are many more here who contribute to the board too both past and present. I think there are dozens who brings their own flavour to the table that makes AVFTT what it is
