Just interested to see what we’ve got to work with next summer and what we need to bring in. My guess is a lot!

Maybe a couple of youth come through
Connelly, Eki, Hubbie, Virtue, Carey, Lavery all out of contract I think
Losing Dembele, Rhodes, Coulson, Byers possibly

Major changes and decisions need making quickly

So, at a minimum, 1 keeper, 3 defenders, 3 midfielders, 1 forward, although perhaps some of the out of contract players will accept a new deal.

Not necessarily negative simply no confidence that Critchley will play him or if he does that he will play him in a position where's he's comfortable and can produce the goods.

The evidence is that Owen Dale has gone to Oxford and Rob is at Tranmere. In the meantime we play two full backs as wing backs and two defensive midfielders. We play one up front away and if you think we have attacked plenty in recent home games, it is not what I see.

The negativity is from the coach, who seems too scared to attack. If I had any say, Rob would be playing for us this season and that is definitely not negative.

I would try and get Beesley, Norburn, Lyons and Carey out on loan or new clubs and then we have a massive rebuild job .. oh and don't forget Sassi and Finnigan!!
 
Next season if we play a 433 we have the basis of a decent team.

Yes we need options and defiantly a better central striker, but if we could add Coulson, Byers & Rhodes to our squad in place of Lyons, Finnigan and Beesley. Then that is a decent 11!.

In this formation? He won't. He'll regress and the examples are Norburn, Carey, Hamilton, Lavery, Husband, Connolly, Gabriel, Lyons.....
 
I don’t get this love in with Jordan Gabriel. He has no composure whatsoever. A good athlete certainly, but not in the same class as Andy Lyons as a Footballer.

Andy Lyons will not be available for the best part of a year whilst he recovers from his ACL operation!

Have to admit I was hoping for Jack Moore to come on yesterday. We all love JG but he's struggling on the ball in this formation.
