Who wanted to buy BFC and which were serious offers?

Also a Receiver has a duty of care to not only the creditors but the debtor as well. When you have someone as litigeous as Oyston watching your every move the Receiver has to make sure he is fully transparent and makes every reasonable effort to obtain the best price. It was something I was involved in for a few years a long time ago and we had to meet with all sorts of potential time wasters and fraudsters knowing full well that they did not have the funds to buy. Oyston and his lawyers would have been watching every move in the hope that they could sue the Receivers for negligence.

Not entirely factually correct mate. Owen and Henry may have been seen together but not in the context of Henry trying to buy BFC. Owen approached Henry for a loan to pay off Valeri. Good job Owen never consulted with Seasideone I suppose or he might have thought Henry had no money 🤔😉😂

Time always tells - but Henry has no money!

Asia is a very difficult place to do business and understand what people think - and what they actually mean.

It took me years to get it - as it is very rarely what it seems.

I have lived in Asia for many years and it takes time to get it - even if you think you do get it early on!!!
 
The Germans who bought Bradford City were serious about wanting to buy us but Owen wouldn't engage and just said "Not for Sale".
