Why are sky not showing our games!

They've now announced September fixtures and we are not on again.

They presumably think we will be defensive and spoil games a bit, and don't have a big fanbase that watches our games on Sky. Like some of dem big clubs.

The only game realistically they could have shown was BFC v Fulham and they'd OD'd on Fulham.

V Prescum is a nailed on TV for me, Blackbum a bit behind.

The WBA game is likely the next.

Had we been playing Sheft U game 1 at home, we'd have been on.

Take the TTS off lads and lasses and everyone inbetween.

I really wouldn’t get upset about it.

We obviously aren’t considered a big hitter or a promotion favourite and that will do me just fine.

Wouldn't surprise me if Sky still look back at events under the previous regime, including the Huddersfield game and the attempt to stop Arsenal leaving their hotel, and are still reluctant to cover BFC games, certainly at Bloomfield Road. They have mostly only shown live games when they really had to since all the jolly times.

Not sure. They are contractually obliged to show a number anyway, so if you have to show one, then why not show more. Also they know that things have changed- they have BFC links and can probably see there will be a different angle to present from, possibly their pre-show dream, but realistically who the XXXX want to see us play away at BC or home to Cov- we simply don't have, bar the Fulham game I mentioned above, attractive games.

I'm sure we'll get our quota of 9am Sunday morning games alongside 11pm away at Bournemouth or somewhere else.

Not a chance doesn't work like that only interested in amount of supporters and potential viewing figures to flog advertising space.

Historically we never do well when on Sky anyway, let us settle away from the public glare whilst picking up some points along the way. We'll get some games 2nd half of the season i'm sure.

Probably because they believe we will be shîte and fighting relegation all season. 🤔
I think it’s the opposite. They expect us to be pushing for promotion and playing great attacking football in the latter half of the season so are showing less of us in the first half in the expectation that we will feature regularly in the second half.

Sky always go with the bookies favourites and relegated Prem sides to begin with and then adjust as the season plays out. Personally I'm glad but suspect Sky will want to show one or both of the Nobber games and possibly one of the Rovers games.

Because they're a bunch of wankers. They'll be crawling to us 'afore this season is out though, mark my words 🏝️

They will definitely show the first Nobber derby. Only question is whether it will be midday on the weekend (Sunday most likely) or on the Monday night.

Assuming that’s the case I can’t see them showing us v T’Rovers as games too close together.

As for Derby being on, that should provide much amusement as they stagger from week to week with the Rooney implosion just a matter of time in arriving.

Sky have their favourite teams they show year in, year out. Forest, Derby, Reading (for some reason). Brentford weren't even featured much last season.

Will be on the red button every midweek game. As for the main channel selection. Never mind. They have their faves. Sometimes, I wonder why I subscribe to the channel.

Disagree, we do very well on Sky, just look how many Playoffs we've won 😃

Agree with everyone else though, the less games moved, the more 3pm games

Promoted teams are always seen as just making up the numbers i would expect pool to be on against Preston or Blackburn as the rivalry creates a bit of interest for the tv pundits to play on.

Only Blackpool and Luton have yet to be selected for a TV fixture for the first two months yet Sheff Utd have 5 and WBA and Forest have 4.
