Why can't the club get enough shirts in

Second season running most of the kids kits have run out almost immediately with quotes of several months before any more coming. Why don't the club order more it's just throwing money away aspiring the time the new one arrives the moments gone and who wants a short for half the season

Find it bizarre they're not stocking the away kit in infant sizes, I think aged 5 is the smallest you can get.
