Lavery reminds me a bit of Charlie Adam, totally different kind of player, but CA needed to play to get to his maximum fitness level and even then he could run out of steam. Lavery looked annoyed to be taken off he probably thought he could score a few goals but Bolton next week is much more important and he is starting to show the form we know he is capable of.This season we seem to have sorted the dodgy hamstring issue - only Joseph, Lavery and Virue this season - three seems reasonable if not good for the time into the season that we are. We always seem to go deeper and deeper the longer the game goes on which suggests to me it’s a fitness issue. Lavery for example always looks fooked after about 70 minutes.
