Why has Simon Sadler managed to implement a new training ground within 2 yrs of ownership yet the previous incumbents couldn’t manage it within 35yrs??Just asking for a friend.

Because one is a decent, moral, upstanding member of the community with integrity, principle and ambition.. the other is a dirty old rapist.
