If Arsenal batter Everton on Monday night, there could well be a Premiership Manager vacancy on Merseyside. Rooney has done well at Derby all things considered. I do not think he would need much persuading if offered the chance, given the ongoing situation/bleak future outlook at Derby. Thoughts.
