Wondering what happened to Williams today..named on the bench but didn't seem to appear for half time kick about and then didn't replace Thornley

According to Brett G after the BST AGM today, Charlie was also sick as a dog the other day prior to the game, hence he didn't play. He managed a half today. Sounds like Norovirus/winter vomiting virus or similar is doing the rounds in the team which won't be helping energy levels one bit. On a general level I saw no lack of effort today but we were miles off on quality, squad strength on the bench (no Lavery for instance) and several players clearly struggling for full fitness incluing Jud, Connolly, Jerry and Gaz. We need to stick together, limp through to the WC break, and regroup together for a new year push. Not slaughter the team, management, club cat etc for dereleciton of duty. Just my opinion

That sickness makes sense. I,ve now got a little more sympathy for the 2 dire displays I,ve had to endure this week.
WBA was a ground for some reason I,d never been to. And I won’t be going back for all sorts of reasons.
Today The North was the quietest it’s been all season , but it was like setting the clock back to Grayson,s days.
Aimless long ball hoofs out of defence but now sickness makes sense. I just hope I haven’t caught it
