It's difficult to see us keeping him beyond January. He needs 6 goals to become the all time top goalscorer in the Championship and will cement his place as a legend at Huddersfield if he can save them from relegation. The only way I can see him staying at Blackpool is if we offer him a two and a half year contract with a large promotion bonus.

It's hardly the point really.... For a start off, no other player has really had an opportunity to establish themselves at this stage for one reason or another. Evidently we have plans in place, in the unlikely evet that Rhodes isn't here for the second half of the season and so there's no reason to think 'the season is over' whatsoever... It's just an overly negative way to view things.... I mean let's face it, when Rhodes arrived here most people were saying he was past it!!
How many goals have our squad/team/group scored this season?
Has Rhodes scored them all?
And one more question, did he create all the chances he's scored?.
We're lucky to have him but he's not the only person in the team and without the other players he'd be nothing.
