Should be embraced by everyone and made to feel welcome at BR-not sure what the status is with regards to Blackpool FC but an official ladies team is definitely the way forward.11.45 on BBC1 tonight folks.
When I was at UTMP, we did an interview with the BFC ladies manager Mac Barlow. They’re quite disappointed with how the club and women’s team are at the moment in terms of support etc.
a really interesting listen, the link is here BFC Women’s Podcast
I'll give that a listen. I'd support it if it was part of a proper structure and if it meant something in terms of results that reflect on the overall performance of the football club. But if it's just a social endeavour for a group to keep fit and a feel a part of something then I wouldn't really see it as being anything to do with me.

Many forward thinking clubs also have disabled fans groups, LGBT and even one for the retired supporters-all included on the Structured Dialogue meetings as the @SLO_BFC likes to call them.
There dont have to be problems but simply representation, where in this town we have huge numbers of the population who identify with these groups. All good Plumbs but sometimes I think that these groups can create more problems than they solve and perhaps more important that everybody feels welcome at the club.
There are no big problems at Blackpool with disabled supporters, LGBT, BAME or OAPs.
Early night then.11.45 on BBC1 tonight folks.
Yes, and that might aerate the pitch at the same time.Would love to see them playing walking football, stilettos stockings and basque for kit.

I'd also target the ethnics as for instance we have lots of Poles living here who enjoy watching football. Why not a day at Bloomfield Road?
Happy Women’s International Day then.
