He doesn’t need to know about football management, he isn’t the manager. He just needs to know about appointing the right manager, which he isn’t doing a great job of. You are right about bell ends on here, I wonder why.

You are right in respect that he isn't doing a good job so far in his appointments ,but most fans were happy with the McCarthy appointment initially and I can see why he went back to Critchley ,even though I wouldn't . In respect to bell ends , they don't know that they are bell ends unless someone tells them that they are ,and even then ,it might be the bell end that is actually doing the calling . This is why I tend to not call bell ends bell ends outright.
