World cup 2022

Had this discussion last night actually in the pub, they're definitely suspending the Prem but you'd imagine they would have to with the Championship as well. A massive portion of players will represent national sides, especially the top half of the table clubs

They haven't decided what to do as yet in either in the PL or the Championship Lg1 & Lg2 will continue throughout.
The players are due to meet up on the 14th for 21/11 start and final on 18/12 the only thing reported is PL will have a winter break during this time start the season a week earlier finish a week later back on Boxing day.

God knows how they are going to cram 46 Championship games in drop the cups but it won't happen.

Anyone know what the time of games will be? I've been stung at work a few times during these Euros. That said, can't imagine watching it in the dark on a freezing cold day will have quite the same ambience!

Not sure when 3 games a day are played.

Not sure myself, an absolute joke of a tournament. Major tournaments and summer go hand in hand - the final is a week before Christmas, how bizarre does that sound!

I currently live and work in the country. Think the third games are planned for mid-afternoon - midday UK (3-hour time difference in the winter)
