World Cup 2034

Problem is these big tournaments just cost too much money, how long will it be before we have no-one wanting the next Olympics or world cup? Needs to get sorted there is plenty of money in the game (football anyway) just not being used in the best manner. Be interesting to see if they relax rules around alcohol if not Bahrain will be rocking 🤣
 
Might be a nice retirement present to myself.

Surprised the Aussies pulled out. The one part of the world yet to host.

The problem is FIFA trouser most of the money
 
After seeing what they have done with the boxing I don’t think I’d watch it the whole thing would be fixed

Of course they won't, despite Budweiser being a major sponsor.
 
FIFA’s arrangements for the 2030 World Cup (games in all of Europe, Africa and South America) were designed to exploit their rules on continental conferences taking turns to host the WC.

Get those 3 out of the way asap and hey presto look whose conference is up next, the one with Saudi Arabia in it.

The idea that South America, a powerhouse in the game, gets to host a few games in 2030 and that’s it for them for maybe 24 years is a joke.
 
The corruption at FIFA now is worse than under Blatter! 2026 is in North America/ Central America and 2030 is split Europe/South America and Africa so only Asia/Oceania can apply for 2034 but as has been stated Saudi brown envelopes to FIFA have ensured it is there. It won't be long before the Premier League have an extra round of games in Saudi & their clubs are admitted to the EUFA Champions league.

It's a disgrace that the world can let them get away with butchering a man on foreign soil, within their embassy!

By spooky coincidence, I found out a few days afterwards that I was staying in the same hotel in Istanbul(Movenpick) at the same time as the Saudi hit squad!
Good job I didn't complain about the Arabs in the next room making too much noise! 😳
