Wouldn’t have Critchley back ever !!!

Nobody has mentioned the fact that he was deemed a failure in his last two jobs.
Plus ...the wheels did drop of here towards the end of last season.
When he first arrived here with a reputation as a top coach he was mostly welcomed and seen as an intriguing option.
It would be very different a second time round as he would get dog's abuse by some on here from the off.
 
I don't think Critchley was ever all that comfortable being a number one. Seemed a bit uncomfortable with a microphone in front of him.

I also would hate the club to get into the same loop as this season where there is a vocal section of crowd being against him from Day 1. This club only goes places when all stars are aligned.
 
His departure was the catalyst for us losing Championship status.

It’s no surprises that we are continually labelled as Little Blackpool when we let our manager go for 1.5M compensation (allegedly). We are/were a Championship Club for god sake!

How much in the long run has Critchley going cost Sadler? Losing the Championship level pay out, decreased ST sales, less away fans attending etc etc.

Personally wouldn’t want him back.
