Roll on next Saturday .. some tough games coming up and so we have to be looking for 3 points.

And yet, if we, as prospective opponents, were mentioned in such disparaging terms, would we not be feeling quite entitled to view such a reference as being, at the very least, a tad 'disrespectful'?

It just smacks, a little, of fans being 'a bit above their station' and of followers being too eager to get on their 'high horse' after one impressive display. Basically, there are times when we just need to temper whatever it is we have to say. Then again, thinking on, I guess this also depends on the actual identity of the 'prospective opponents' you are due to face ...
 
Yeah, you rarely get an easy 3 points in this league and if the players go into it with a "should be beating Wycombe" attitude we could easily lose.

Even last time when we got promoted don't think we had many easy wins, ironically probably Oxford away in the play-offs being about the most comfortable win I can remember.

I think we're showing a few signs of life and we have a few options in key positions now. I'm going narrow win, 1-2. Dougall and Beesley to break his duck for the winner.
 
We are better against teams that attack. I think they'll attack, especially being at home, so Pool win.

Christ we have put in one good performance all season, We don’t have a right to beat anyone. NC and the grooop need to prove it wasn’t a one off.

Big big game. If we get a win it sets us up, top 6 and we’ve got a head of steam up. A defeat and the feel good factor from Wigan is gone. Even a draw whilst not a bad result it doesn’t get you anywhere. Play Lavery instead of Beesley please Critch
 
Should have Shayne back on the bench so importantly we will have options from the bench. One of those will probably be Dembele unless Critch goes crazy and goes 4-2-4 and starts both CJ and Dembele pushed forward with Bees and Rhodes?

COME ON NEIL. Please let the lads off the defensive leash and play the full 90 minutes like during the first half v Wigan. I think we could destroy Wycombe if we attack them. I've watched Pool for over 60 years, and somehow, we've never been brilliant at defending leads, (edited) or draws.
