Youth team news.

This is the lads first game back after Christmas whereas Salford had a game last Saturday.
I think that is apparent.
 
Hope some youth players get more of a chance. I think the EFL trophy has shown Premier League youth players also have a big gap to bridge to make it at our level so might as well give more time to our own and reward them for not choosing big clubs first.
 
If my memory serves me right (which doesn't happen alot) that's Holmes 3rd hat trick of the season. Lad is a huge talent. Gald we already have him on a professional contract.
 
Let’s hope that at least one makes the grade.
Matty Kay was another player who looked to have a good future.
Came on as a16 year old sub against Scunny .
Never seen again in league football and think he plays for Wren Rovers now!
 
They always look so much more fragile than the professionals who are only a few years older.

Hopefully a good crop come through and make an impression for us.

Meanwhile, they are my 3rd team! After Blackpool and Blackpool Reserves!!
