Karl, is that you?Blaming everything on Mansford needs to stop.
This relegation is down to 90% of the fans who made the atmosphere around the club so toxic that we had no choice but to sack appleton (who would have definitely kept us up) and hire a dinosaur. If you had backed the team rather than turn on them we wouldn't be in this situation now. Shame on all of you.
Are you sure he wasn't just breaking wind at that point?
Rubbish, the team were backed, the atmosphere may have been a bit flat bit there was only a few times he got chanted at.Blaming everything on Mansford needs to stop.

wow, just wow. You were sticking up for Mansford all the way thru that other thread and here you are saying he's as much to blame as anyone. Which is what me and Founts were saying. What an absolute hypocrite you are!
There are 3 key factors in determining the success of any club.
Firstly, the level of investment in the playing squad and also off the field.
Secondly, the quality of the scouting network and working with agents and contacts throughout the game.
Thirdly, the selection of the manager and his support staff.
Of course Mansford is a key player, but so are other members of the board and mistakes have been made by the board as a whole.
One minute you're defending Mansford to the hilt and making excuses for him and the next your blaming him. Just stating it as it is.Where to start with you eh? You either don't understand, or you just choose to be a **. Bit of both probably.
That's not how it is. It's how your narrow, bent mind interprets stuff. It's the singling out I had a problem with and said so plenty of times. The problem has been a collective one and it includes Sadlers approach and his inexperience. One minute you're defending Mansford to the hilt and making excuses for him and the next your blaming him. For a former postman, Matt was sharp and did well for himself. Blackpool would be a step back for him now.Time for Matt Williams …

A consistent argument actually.excuses.
Agreed Pete, but the key is that he is the identified, appointed and indeed self proclaimed ‘expert’. I totally get SS saying ‘I run the show, I own it, but I am not qualified in this area so advise me’.There are 3 key factors in determining the success of any club.

Oh right … paid to celebrate is he? BizarreEveryone in the Exec Box celebrating/applauding Jerry’s penalty goal, whilst Mansford merely sits back with a face like the proverbial slapped arse.
Oh right … paid to celebrate is he? Bizarre
Why wouldn't the CEO celebrate? Very bizarre.Oh right … paid to celebrate is he? Bizarre
Thats exactly how it looked and he is not at all happy.. I reckon hes a gonerWe score an equaliser in our biggest game of the season. And the CEO looks like he’d have preferred Jerry to miss.
Hope soThats exactly how it looked and he is not at all happy.. I reckon hes a goner
Is it true he was Apples agent in the last, if it is true explains a lotMansford’s CV is impressive which begs the question… why is he so incompetent in this position at our club?
Sorry pastIs it true he was Apples agent in the last, if it is true explains a lot
Perhaps an extreme comparison but Jimmy Saville could have presented an impressive CV on paper.Mansford’s CV is impressive which begs the question… why is he so incompetent in this position at our club?
Yep an extreme comparison, but I get your pointPerhaps an extreme comparison but Jimmy Saville could have presented an impressive CV on paper.
BM ultimately answers to the owner but his position and salary makes him culpably for a lot of what has gone wrong this season.
just had a lovely six mile walk at Knott End with the wife and dog. No whirlpool of misery from me at all. Read the thread, plenty of people question Mansfords decisions but you on the other thread continued to make excuses for him and on this you criticise him Just saying it as it is.A consistent argument actually.
But I've got things on today. And hopefully every day. I need to avoid being "sucked into 20's whirlpool of misery" as someone advised me in
a PM a couple of days ago.
Cheers! Have a nice day.

Surely the biggest revenue stream is having circa £7m extra by being in the Championship?Barnsley fans seemed to love him, but I think he’s struggled to ‘get’ us as a fan base. I still maintain that his willingness to give it the big one in interviews and not deliver is what’s cost him.
However, from older interviews etc, he seems to have strengthened our commercial side of things and revenue streams.
Absolute weirdo youBlaming everything on Mansford needs to stop.

It’s true, and that’s why fans are hurting so much. Most of you know you played a part in this shit show of the season and failed to support the team and manager when they needed it mostAbsolute weirdo you
