Of course it's not right in my mind or in the minds of many others but it quite simply it doesn't appear to be in the mind of Sadler to communicate.That doesn't make it right, this is football not hedge fund management.
A well meaning statement can go a long way.
SS is admired by many, he is the owner and leader. If he puts of an inspiring message, talking from the heart, people listen and it affects them. Yes some might pick at bits said but that will always happen. It helps people connect to him and also it does no harm to remind people of some realities of running a club.
Fans are easily led or easily misled, say nothing and fans end up filling the void often with negative stuff.
I still think they'll come out with something when they feel it's right, but for me when ST go on sale some basic communication can only help.
Don't ask me why, don't ask me to explain it, it appears that's just the way he operates.
