The Australians have demanded an investigation by the MCC because some members called them some names at lunch. What a bunch of ** wankers.
Spot on mate. The last “aggressive” pace bowler we had was Bob Willis.Never mind the batters it's about pace bowlers and we don't have any
Cheating.Bairstow's run out. The more I think about it, the more it's the equivalent of a football team scoring after your opposition have put the ball out, so a player can have an injury dealt with. Legally nothing wrong with it; but still not cricket, as the phrase goes.
Did you mean after the wicket? If so you must be ahead of TMS here.FFS who put KP in commentary. He's a bad luck charm. 1
Nope posted pre wicket. FfsDid you mean after the wicket? If so you must be ahead of TMS here.
Catch the culprit(s), debag the blighters and get them to jolly well tuck all the dorm in bed every night for a month. That'll get them back on being a Peer track. The Australians have demanded an investigation by the MCC because some members called them some names at lunch. What a bunch of ** wankers.
When Stokes was out the game changed. The batsmen left are all bowlers and cant just leave everything. And he bowled well in this test.I don’t want to see Ollie Robinson anywhere near this England side. Bang average bowler who has a big mouth.
Broad stays in with Stokes, getting battered and bruised with bouncers, then Ollie just swipes at the
first opportunity straight towards the fielders. No heart whatsoever.
Why can’t they leave everything? It’s better than hitting the exact shot Australia want you to play, with multiple fielders covering anything that doesn’t go for 6.When Stokes was out the game changed. The batsmen left are all bowlers and cant just leave everything. And he bowled well in this test.
Disagree, it's the equivalent of a striker hanging out behind the keeper and waiting for him to roll the ball out and then sneak in for an open net. It's sneaky but we'd never be complaining if our player did it and scored.Bairstow's run out. The more I think about it, the more it's the equivalent of a football team scoring after your opposition have put the ball out, so a player can have an injury dealt with. Nope , it was allowing them to score over 400 in the first innings in perfect bowling conditions that was the reason we are in the position we are.Not the Bairstow dismissal that’s cost us, brainless batting in the first innings did that. Bazball is entertaining, but doesn’t seem to get the players to think about what they’re doing.
Australian cricketers are always bell ends, as they’ve shown in the game again.
Yep, I've said it twice already on this thread we haven't got any genuine pace bowlers. That's what cost usNope , it was allowing them to score over 400 in the first innings in perfect bowling conditions that was the reason we are in the position we are.
Over 5 days play it's a combination of things. The bowling in Australia's first innings right through to cheap wickets being given away yesterday evening.Yep, I've said it twice already on this thread we haven't got any genuine pace bowlers. That's what cost us
Atherton sucking up too. Ben Stokes made his thoughts clear. He's old school ( literally) Radley College Bloody nice bloke Middlesex and all the bollocks we're trying to get away from
Nope it was being well on top with one wicket down and then throwing it away in the first innings.Nope , it was allowing them to score over 400 in the first innings in perfect bowling conditions that was the reason we are in the position we are.
Luckily for the Aussies the crowd by 3pm won't have a clue who they are giving stick to or why.Dreadful behavior by the Australians. Look what Smith did before and is still in the side. Win at any cost is not in the spirit of cricket. There will be bad feeling between the teams and the crowds in the next 3 games should give the aussies hell
Home tie looms. Do they get to keep all the gate money, shared or ECB take it to fund the Radley School pitches?Meanwhile at Old Trafford Lancs romping home to victory . . . we finally get a great knock from Phil Salt
Not sure mate but I guess we'll get about 500 tickets for Finals day if we get there.Home tie looms. Do they get to keep all the gate money, shared or ECB take it to fund the Radley School pitches?
Then we'll agree to disagree.Nope it was being well on top with one wicket down and then throwing it away in the first innings.
But Bairstow could have easily stayed in and we'd have won.Not the Bairstow dismissal that’s cost us, brainless batting in the first innings did that. Bazball is entertaining, but doesn’t seem to get the players to think about what they’re doing.

It's not cheating, but the Aussies have form for this sort of thing remember the underarm bowl against New Zealand, win at all costs is the Aussie wayCheating.
