It's a more balanced/varied attack but perhaps a weaker batting unit. Maybe. Depends if Woakes and Moeen are in any kind of form.
Woakes has played very little red ball cricket of late.

The changes I'd have made bar I would have Foakes in. I don't know why we're so stubborn in English cricket?

That's the odd thing, Foakes has established himself as an excellent keeper and competent batsman. Could absolutely have shuffled brook up still and put Jonny at 5
Instead we're hoping two all rounder types who haven't played first class cricket let alone scored runs in test matches are going to stiffen the lower order.
I'm also convinced Barstow is better without the gloves
