Meanwhile over at Deepdump …

Three defeats in a row for them, this one against basket case, relegation threatened QPR who we beat 6-1 earlier in the year. Thoroughly deserved too looking at the stats.
When Ben Woodburn is on the pitch for them, you know they're nowhere near the top end of the league quality wise. He wasn't good enough for us in league one.

Lady commentator useless in this game... "kick in the teeth that 1st goal as they dominated the 1st half". I've watched this game and zero clear cut chances for them in the whole game! 😳

Who was it who said Preston being at the top end of the table is like an elephant up a cherry tree.

You don't know how it got up there but it's only going one way.

Looking at the table, they could be in the bottom half by tomorrow tea time. 12th place 3 points behind with a better goal difference.

Remember when they were top...

The Nobbers pretty much bossed the first half without creating anything. Sign of a bad team playing well but creating absolutely nothing.

Don't get how a team with Ben Woodburn playing can be 8th. What a shame they had a good start otherwise they would be relegation candidates.

Haha
Yeah I remember that post, still laughing at it now. Thanks for the reminder.

Pedantic mode on: 12th is still top half unfortunately, and Bristol City don't play till Sunday.

Apart from that two of the sides who could overtake them are away at teams in 3rd and 4th place, so the nobbers slide down the table could be somewhat gradual.

They need to up their game soon, they've got some pretty ordinary sides to play between now and Christmas. Failure to win at least one of those four games would set off all of the alarm bells.

This reminds me of that season we had under Paul Ince, in that season we had that amazing start, then it all fell apart after Ince had a bust up with the ref at Bournemouth. Lowes Bournemouth being Blackpool reserves lol

That random embarrassing outburst was his attempt to gain brownie points with their fans.

It was pathetic as he knew full well what was going on, they were initially going to play some of their fringe players, hence the initial Euxton training ground, only to be switched to Springfields when it was then their younger players, we kept our original plans to play some fringe players and kept them informed all along the way.

He obviously thought the typical shot at the rivals would give him that bit more support, bit less grief maybe, as they'd never side with us.

The guys a clown.

What is it about becoming manager of that club that turns you into a complete knobhead , Craig Brown and Frankie McAvoy being the exceptions.
Lowe is a perfect fit for them, they deserve each other.

They ran a poll back in October when they were 3rd in the league and loads more wanted him out then. 😮

And we think we have issues over Critchley. 🤷‍♂️

What a complete bunch of knobheads they are on that penisonline.

Mind you it was good reading the QPR match thread last night it certainly sent me off to sleep reading all the meltdown comments. 🤣
