Why?He Isn't going anywhere, any clauses inserted will be to the benefit of the manager not the club
Why to which one?Why?
Let’s keep it simple - Why - for all the things that were said? Why to which one?
Before i answer i have only been reading this thread for half an hour so have i missed something when you say all the things that were saidLet’s keep it simple - Why - for all the things that were said?
Just on what I said! Before i answer i have only been reading this thread for half an hour so have i missed something when you say all the things that were said
Add Sadler the bullship merchant to that
He's just talking bollocks Mike, he's right about him going anywhere though unless there was an end of season position that had to be achieved and if I were Sadler I would have insisted that we make the play offs in his first season back and if he did that but didn't get promoted then next season he would have to get promotion to the Championship.Just on what I said!
IMO contracts more often than not benefit the player, manager, and coaching staff because of the representatives involved and because the clubs want the manager so they hold the power and can basically hold the power. Critchley's contract will benefit him more than the club, if there is a so called break clause again that will be on his side.Just on what I said!
But your not Sadler are you? and by your comment on Sadlers insisting i think its you talking bollocks but that's not a shock is itHe's just talking bollocks Mike, he's right about him going anywhere though unless there was an end of season position that had to be achieved and if I were Sadler I would have insisted that we make the play offs in his first season back and if he did that but didn't get promoted then next season he would have to get promotion to the Championship.
There will be a seasons goals and I would guess Sadler has not demanded promotion this season but to reach the play offs. We may still do but I don't think so, so where would that leave Critchley? But your not Sadler are you? and by your comment on Sadlers insisting i think its you talking bollocks but that's not a shock is it
He will be on bonuses to get us up definitely, he has signed a four year contract so it will be a four year project with possible bonus clauses/incentives in his contract. if we don't go up this season it will be regroup look at the squad who goes who can come in and onwards to next season. There will be a seasons goals and I would guess Sadler has not demanded promotion this season but to reach the play offs. I agree with that but I think there will be a league position that could trigger discussions about his future. It could be 7th, it could be lower but I don't think he will have carte blanche on any position above the relegation places, fact is neither of us know but it's an interesting thought. He will be on bonuses to get us up definitely, he has signed a four year contract so it will be a four year project with possible bonus clauses/incentives in his contract. if we don't go up this season it will be regroup look at the squad who goes who can come in and onwards to next season.
IMO I wouldn't of thought so certainly not in the first season maybe if we got relegated there might have been talks but Critchley is being supported in everything he is doing, i can only really comment on my personal experiences with football contracts which are different to managers ones but quite genericI agree with that but I think there will be a league position that could trigger discussions about his future. I’m not getting involved mate - contracts have termination clauses as we both know - generally around performance and delivery - I have no idea what they are but unless you are Klopp, Pep or Fergie, I am would guess the club dictate, especially when the hire is out of work. He's just talking bollocks Mike, he's right about him going anywhere though unless there was an end of season position that had to be achieved and if I were Sadler I would have insisted that we make the play offs in his first season back and if he did that but didn't get promoted then next season he would have to get promotion to the Championship.
But the ball was only on the ground for 40% of the time.At least we had 61% possession
offand we're twelve points of an automatic place this season and both the top two have games in hand. But hey, you're happy and content.
Does feel a bit like when Cameron arrived back in Downing StreetYep got to blow my own trumpet here.
Said the day he was appointed it was a shocking decision by Sadler and it would come back to haunt us.
I remember I got a lot of stick back then for saying it but hey that’s life.
And as popular as a French kiss at a family reunion.Or a one legged man at an arse kicking party.
I find it incredibly sad that people revel in us losing just so you can gloat on a message board and claim some kind of all knowing footballing knowledge.Love this banner.
Happy clappers all having a quiet night this evening it seems.
Yet pretty much every ‘option’ we’ve ever granted to a player is in the Club’s favour / gift.IMO contracts more often than not benefit the player, manager, and coaching staff because of the representatives involved and because the clubs want the manager so they hold the power and can basically hold the power. Critchley's contract will benefit him more than the club, if there is a so called break clause again that will be on his side.
Hope that makes sense sometimes
How would you know that?Yet pretty much every ‘option’ we’ve ever granted to a player is in the Club’s favour / gift.
Incredibly? 16 games to go, we are on a par with when we finished 3rd under Critch. I find it incredible some fans throw the towel in with so many games to go.There are still a couple of believers incredibly!!
Because the club have consistently announced that they have decided or not decided to take up the option. How would you know that?
What are on about 35 seconds it was only 30 and only once it was twice, obviously you know everything that goes on (not) and its not normal practice but as you say you know best, so happy to be lead by youBecause the club have consistently announced that they have decided or not decided to take up the option.
Plus it’s normal practice…
I’d have thought you’d have known that, having played professionally for 35 seconds once in the 1980’s
This fella is about as much use as Anne Franks' drumkit......
Agreed. I posted my disappointment with Joseph. I shouldn't have done . A lot of us should wait til 24 hours after a game before posting and maybe there would be less vitriol spewed.I find it incredibly sad that people revel in us losing just so you can gloat on a message board and claim some kind of all knowing footballing knowledge.
Personally, I hope Critchley gets us to the playoffs, just so I can tell you, I FUVKING TOLD YOU SO.

If you read your statement you was referring to player extension options not bonuses etc i am fully aware of those, please numpty get your facts in line before adding other comments. This was just about having options on players contracts end of. IdiotHow would you know…?
Of course it’s normal practice… literally every football club do it. Clubs also have relegation clauses inserted (which are in the clubs favour) and a whole range of other clauses, such as sell on fees, performance bonuses, compensation clauses …
You’re literally talking out of your arse…

unfortunately for you i don't have one never have had and never will, i only state facts to numpties like yourself so go and polish up on your knowledge and come back when you have sharpened your pencil
Go and give your Ego a polish
Well I can see with my own eyes how abject we are away from home. It’s not going to suddenly change to us dominating games to the extent we win them all! Which is pretty much what’s going to be needed. We will have a slip up or two at home in all likelihood.Incredibly? 16 games to go, we are on a par with when we finished 3rd under Critch. I find it incredible some fans throw the towel in with so many games to go.
Fuck me… you’ve been waving your cock from the minute you arrived.unfortunately for you i don't have one never have had and never will, i only state facts to numpties like yourself so go and polish up on your knowledge and come back when you have sharpened your pencil

Twice it was 35 seconds before make your mind up, you must be losing it, you must be one sado going through the internet to try and catch me out which you haven't. Go and have a cup of tea and calm down. i love the banter it makes me smile. It’s not me who can’t accept facts.
You seem to be under some kind of self-delusion that having ‘twice’ played a professional football game for a few minutes that it means you are some kind of authority.
It’s blatantly obvious to anyone with half a brain that the ‘options’ are typically in the Club’s favour.

I’m not trying to ‘catch you out’ , I’m just pointing out the facts which seem to have alluded you.
It’s not ‘the odd attachment’ it’s proof that the Club holds the option on every player.but your only throwing the odd attachment at me, i know what i know end of
Here’s another attachment for youbut your only throwing the odd attachment at me, i know what i know end of
Your boring me now, i know what i know and its a lot more than you just keep kidding yourself and searching the internet for facts, remember been there done it i can wear the t-shirt.It’s not ‘the odd attachment’ it’s proof that the Club holds the option on every player.
Like I said it’s normal practice…
As far as I can see, you seem to know very little. All mouth and very little in the way of substance.
I’m boring you now that I’ve provided factual evidence to counter your bullshit ?Your boring me now, i know what i know and its a lot more than you just keep kidding yourself and searching the internet for facts, remember been there done it i can wear the t-shirt.
All you have done is search the internet and sent two attachments about players from the club, that must of took you ages. Bullshit you will know all about that you spout enough of itI’m boring you now that I’ve provided factual evidence to counter your bullshit ?
Fair enough then … Bore off
