Knobbers game re-arranged and only 2,000 tickets

😅 how petty.

The police were the ones nervous about letting more of them in near the North stand and we sold out anyway and took priority.

If they had the same concerns for yhe game there and also had sold out their areas id understand more.

But thats just petty.

Oh well looks like next time it will be tit for tat next season.

1500 for them incoming at BR?

Poor from the police initially but if they don't have legitimate reasons to limit the away capacity it looks worse on them.

Nobbers showing themselves up for exactly what they are. Give them 1,600 next season at BR.

1 thing is for certain, you lot will most definitely NOT sell out!

Blackpool selling out at your dump hasn't and never will be an issue. The same can't be said for you lot 🤣 get those running shoes on cha

Roughly 90K in the bin, great business acumen, hope we fuck them all over the place.

You must be joking hahahahahahahahaha. There are going to be empty seats everywhere and it will make you look petty as fuck. Our 2k will drown out your rabble no worries at all

Only if they have a previous purchase history, surely that’s not something you want to admit to!

I’d give them just the allocated 10% is it? And fuck em

Would be a shame if Pool fans got tickets in the home ends wouldn't it. Thick twats.

What part did the thick gets not understand our away end holds 2.5k and has done since PL & East wast built and only aways have had extra when homes have gone unsold yet they give us 500 less. 👎

Should all watch the game on TTV giving the club £10 and stuff going.

There is no need to be upset. We warned you this would happen and you refused to believe it.
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

I know it wouldn’t happen but it would be great if every Blackpool fan boycotted the game, that would hurt them in their pathetic pockets. We could all watch it on TV instead and give the money to our club
No, we sell out 5.5k, 4k, 2k it doesn't matter.

Fact is we'd have given them 5k if we could, provided we couldn't sell our own tickets like they don't. It is what is it. Sell them out, take the 3points and move on.

We gave the nobbers 100% of the maximum available allocation for away fans .
The have given us 36.36% ( 2000 / 5500)
I say we give them 36.36% of the next home game away maximum allocation ( approax 2100) we play against them - which I reckon is about 760.
Tit for tat , but they started it .😂

I did tell you chaps this would happen and you didn’t believe me.
What goes around comes around🤣
Do you think you’ll manage to sell out?🤔
Do you have legitimate reasons like we did with the over cautious police not wanting nobbers walking past the north stand.... nope

Will you sell out all 3 sides? Nope.

Looks like a petty move to me.

Embarrassing.

If bfc would have limited your attendance with no such police issues and loads of empty seats in our ground id be calling us out as petty too.

Oh dear, Embarrassing club.

2024 " Blackpool and Preston played out a derby game with 12 away fans in attendance."

I will miss out on this game for the 1st time since the early 70s as I have no away ticket purchase history for a while now.
Hopefully, that will be the way the ticket allocation will be implemented to reward those who do the most away days 1st.

Plenty of seats available in the STF and in corporate for our fans to take up, they needed 8K+ Scousers to fill Dumpdale, so it won't be an issue for anyone who wants to be there.

I didn't say 'I.' I said 'we' as a collective meaning 'PNE fans.'
OK then smatarse why 500 less than we gave you.
If it smells like bull it normally is bullshit.

You've been advised by the Police as a Cat A game not to sell anymore because it's a night match its blindly obvious.

Eh, we're already 1-0 up, thoroughly defeated, out sang and embarrassed, they've gotta do what they can, I guess.

League rules state you have to give either 2,000 or 10% of your capacity, whichever is lower.

We only gave them 2,200 so it’s only 200 less.

Tongue in cheek comment from me

Can’t say I’m surprised….

Fully expected them to give home fans the opportunity to sell out first and rightly so. I’d expect a further allocation would be offered to us depending on ticket sales….

👍

So where’s all the loud mouths that laughed it off when they said the Nobbers need the money so we’ll get the full stand? 🤔

Can’t say I blame them one bit, giving them an extra thousands tickets at Bloomfield road would have solved a lot of issues.

I'm seeing a lot of tears on this forum today.
Are you ok Wizzerboy?
Well He Thinks Deepdale is Lively, I think you'll find a rethink will be on the cards. There isn't a risk, there is 100% probability that there will be loads of Pool in the home ends and dare I say a lot travelling 'for the day out'.

The Police will push for the stand to be fully open (or as near as)- not a cat in hell's chance they'll will foot the bill for ticketless fan control.

Phew, that was nearly a quandary - Paul Weller plays Blackburn the previous night.

But our match at Blackburn is on the following Saturday, so we'll now have 2 away derbies in 5 days.

I doubt it very much.
We had fans on here venting their spleens about giving the Nobbers more tickets Nobbers will feel the same way about us and why shouldn’t they?

They were always going to give their fans the option to sell out in order to appease the vocal minority who wanted them to do a tit-for-tat allocation.

What’s the point in leaving 3,500 empty seats ?

Yet that would have necessitated 1000 Seasiders Fans missing out on a home game. How could that ever be justified at any football club ??

There isn’t a Football Club in the country who would prioritise away fans over hime fans…

The issue here is that we have a small stadium with difficult access….

I agree about the stadium not being ideal but as I recall home tickets were still on sale right up to the day before the game so hardly a stampede by home fans to snap them up.
We’ve given several clubs 3,000 home tickets without anymore issues than normal giving the Nobbers the same wouldn't have caused an issue like it now is reading this board.
I’am just amazed why so many on here are so angry about it when it was pretty obvious what was coming in the return leg.

Not really a surprise though, they seem to have difficulty in deciphering intricacies, most of them still believe we boycotted because we were shit, not because our fans were being targeted, mocked and financially ruined by a vindictive class-snob. The majority of us would have been fine with them having the same allocation as Rovers, Boro etc.

You have such a strange view on things.

Didn’t realise to sell tickets to home fans for a derby there has to be a stampede.

Do you think we should do a countdown clock on the ticket office maybe??

Remember Koko priortised nobber fans over pool fans and gave them the kop and scratching sheds.

The vast majority of the Pool Allocation went within a day of them being on sale. Let's also not forget that we are a club that is trying to rebuild our fanbase and so we really need to be accommodating every pool fan and his dog for these types of games. As I recall this season, we have given 3000 tickets to Blackburn, Barnsley and Middlesbrough... I all those cases only the Blackburn game came close to a home sell-out.

Personally, I've no problem at all with Preston keeping their options open in case they can sell to home supporters.... I'd be very disappointed if they didn't sell their home ends and left the stand half empty though...

No, they are splitting the Kop and activity offering season ticket holders the chance to move seats to the Kop.

They'll sell out, they have to.

Tinpot if they don't

From the Nobbers site BHOK is correct it's 2k and no more.

The change means that the derby clash will now fall on what would have been Sir Tom Finney's 100th birthday, and we hope that supporters can join us at Deepdale to celebrate the life of our greatest ever player.

The Kop will be split for this fixture to allow as many North End fans as possible to attend the game, with our visitors being allocated approximately 2,000 tickets.

I wouldn’t say a strange view at all I would say more of a sensible view.

I remember saying prior to the home game giving the Nobbers an extra thousand tickets would solve any issues for the return leg but I got dogs abuse for it.

Well you reap what you sow in this world plain and simple.

Aye, I've seen that... Tom Finney's 100th Birthday etc...

Ah well....👍
