Knobbers game re-arranged and only 2,000 tickets

No issues here they will still come off second best👍🏻

Blackpool’s Sky Bet Championship fixture away to Preston North End has been moved to Tuesday 5 April, kick-off 7.45pm.

The rescheduling of the derby, which was originally taking place on Saturday 19 March, is due to a major policing operation in Lancashire that weekend, with the Conservative Party’s Spring Conference being held.

The Club has been informed that it will be allocated approximately 2,000 tickets for the match at Deepdale, with further details of the sales process to be communicated once the allocation has been received.

The Club is surprised and disappointed that approximately 2,000 tickets have been made available, given Preston’s ability to host many more away fans.

Anyone who expected the full end is delusional.

We only gave them 2,500.. Why would they give us double that?
We gave them 2,500 out of a 16,500 thousand seater stadium holds 23000 seats. They've given us the bare minimum out of spite.

Yet we gave them around 15% of capacity and also sold out the home ends. Which they won't do unless they make it quid for a kid. Or some form of cheap incentive.

It would have been Tom Plumbers 100th birthday that day. I think they are wanting to celebrate a bit, so will be expecting "more on".

Asking for trouble if you ask me.

Sums up Preston North End really, they'd rather have empty seats all over the ground. I can't think of a time they've sold out against us when they've given us 6k so this will just be embarrassing for 'em.

Biggest difference is the police restricted us to 2.2k, on top of that we had the demand to sell out our home tickets. They've given us 200 hundred tickets LESS for a stadium that holds more, and they won't sell out three and a half home ends - I doubt they'll even get close.

Lancs Police have spoiled the derby this season, limited our away allocation resulting in retaliation from the Nobbers and moving the game at Deepdale to a Tuesday cos the Tories are in town. What a joke.

Do you think you’ll manage to sell out?🤔

Whilst the retaliation is annoying let’s not blame plod. This was a BFC decision as they correctly thought they’d sell out. They animosity created might have caused the nobbers to believe the same. Theresa first time for everything.

I'd respect it if you limited us to 2k temporarily whilst home tickets were on sale for your typical 3 home ends, if the demand was there you could keep us at 2k and I don't think anyone would grumble as prioritising home fans is fair enough - I think we're all aware you wouldn't sell out your 3 home stands (especially now its a Tuesday) and the rest of the Kop could be released to us, as it always has been and always is for all of your derbies - never mind us (the big one).

The difference is you lot are doing this entirely out of spite, that is something I wouldn't be proud of at all. I get you're on the wind up but its the derby that suffers ultimately.

You must be joking hahahahahahahahaha. There are going to be empty seats everywhere and it will make you look petty as fuck. Our 2k will drown out your rabble no worries at all

I remember the club releasing a statement saying that after a sit down with Lancashire Police the decision has been made to limit PNE to 2.2k due to safety concerns exiting the East. They then funnelled Nobbers and Blackpool fans down parallel streets where they met on Saville Road.

Now they've rearranged the fixture to a Tuesday cos of the Tories. They are certainly not innocent in this whole fiasco.

But mummy mummy, they only gave us 2200 tickets even though we didn't sell them all.
I know darling we'll only give those nasty seasiders 2000 tickets. Happy now sweetie?
Those nasty seasiders won't be in our stands will they mummy?

I'm not too sure about sweetie, they were all over the ground when Wizard Wes took the piss with that penalty 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

What part did the thick gets not understand our away end holds 2.5k and has done since PL & East wast built and only aways have had extra when homes have gone unsold yet they give us 500 less. 👎

Should all watch the game on TTV giving the club £10 and stuff going.

Was it Blackpool as a club who made the decision to have more pool fans in or was it Blackpool police to have less knobenders , I am hoping it was the club , as to put more pool fans in the ground and in the away end paid off , great noise thst day from pool fans
