Three Things you'd change at BR for next season?

1. The sounds system .. obvs!
2. Split the club shop and ticket office again
3. Some coffee/tea/snacks pods around the ground
Agree with 1 & 2 as must haves but I think they'll be a while off yet.

My 'big idea' - which I've addressed on here before - is to identify each of the bars with a particular player from our hall of fame. I'm thinking of players who aren't necessarily going to have the East Stand named after them: an Alan Suddick bar, Jimmy Hampson bar, Tony Green bar, Brett Ormerod bar. Each of these bars would have appropriate framed photos on the walls and a framed biography, detailing achievements. I realise there's a potential for these items being damaged but I can't believe that our own fans would do this inside our own club.

1) An extension to the North concourse, losing fortunes as it’s impossible to get anything.
2) More flags around the ground
3) New sound system incorporated with replays of the goals on the big screen.

I’d love them to have a beer tent on the north car park with entertainment ( bands) like they had at Accrington on our first away game back after the oyscums
Yeah that was awesome in there with a band on - would have to make sure our little darlings who gather at the front of the North could behave themselves so we could include away fans (not the knobbers)

I agree, it's too small, but extend it to where?
Into the North East corner for me

It was the obvious place - plans were drawn

The Interim Board really wanted it for away fans ( so they could accommodate in the North section ) however I always thought it was better suited to dealing with the overflow from the North concourses

That creates a problem getting the away fans out?
Not sure what to do about the North concourse which I agree isn't fit for purpose and the West isn't much better either.
1. However I'd get the away fans in the North end of the East and create a temporary structure for them with toilets and food. Add a little bit of creativity to keep the North and East stands seperate.
2. Get home fans in the South end of the East and the SE corner.
3. Sort the PA system.

The Sound System
The pitch at the South Stand area…….I know it never gets any sun but it‘s like a potential muddy skating ring for much of the time and cuts up far too much.
The big Screen so everyone in the ground can see it….from my seat you can just about see a third to a half of of it so our line up is impossible to see and the time gone is in “seconds” only.

Don’t eat the pies but one of our friends certainly does ( sometimes two) so they can’t be that bad surely😉😁🤔

Ridiculously slow kiosks when trying to get food or drink before a match. Why are they employing old dears who go 1mph?

You need to be at the ground for at least 2:30pm to have a chance of a pie or drink.

1. Music / noise from the tele pumped through concourse speakers
2. More incentives/advertisement to drink/eat in the ground pre-match and post-match
3. Memberships for ST holders inc badge, scarf, discounts on drinks for STHs etc to incentivise and promote ST sales

A Beer tent in one of the windiest towns in Britain Really 🙄🌬️💨⛺

Sound system is a Must .
2nd big screen on side wall(Eastern end) of North Stand .
Half time entertainment .
North stand concourse , extend into units at back of stand
sell seats on south stand balcony .
Move all annoying kids away from my vicinity .
find way of utilising all of East stand

Decent beer in the ground.

The big screen to show the team sheet throughout the game and not just the score.

More storage under my seat where I can put my flask and blanket.

Get the police to do their actual jobs so we don’t have 2,500 seats going unsold every game that home or away fans could use

Get a PA system that’s clear, it’s volume is much better but it’s still muffled

On a personal note, a key to the NSH build to access the lift to E Block

Into the "Safehands Nursery" in the North Stand? I've no idea how much the club receives in rent from them, but I'm sure the North Stand would do their best to exceed it in beer and pie sales. 😄 (as well as enhancing the match experience for the fans).

As a general principle, a football stadium should focus on football. Renting out every inch of space to unrelated businesses is a legacy from the Oyston years.

Come up with something that improves the flow of people under the stands, especially halftime.

I know it's no-ones fault, the design of the North and West was built with nearer 5k in mind rather than 15. I'd assume the whole of N and W are like our section round J block. Haven't been in the South for a while so can't really remember, but I'm sure I've read on here it's got more space underneath?

Every week I find myself wondering why groups think it's a good idea, having bought their refreshments, to stand in a doorway and block half of it. But to be fair to them, there aren't many alternatives.

We need to find a way to get folk out of the purchasing area into somewhere else to create some better flow in there. All I can come up with is the exit tunnels, maybe even cordon off the entrance gates and open those.

I'd invest in a set of sprinklers to be located in the ceilings of the bars. These would be smoke-sensitive to go off at the sensing of cigarettes/cannabis/flares.

1. The east setup has to change, otherwise we're worse off than when we even started this season. If we're marching away fans past the north from the SE, it means we cannot use the east now, where we could before.

Something has to change, temp solution in a temp stand. The police (and club?) have allowed this way to hinder the capacity. If the police just policed the area outside the south it'd be a lot better. Let home fans go out the north gate for those who want to, It'd reduce numbers passing the south.

2. Either take away the cat pricing or adjust it, 28 and 30 on the day is too much to maximise home support, if we can find a way to use more of our capacity as per point 1. I think 20 as the lower and 24 as the upper is enough for me. We would make up some of the missing cash from more attending plus what price building the fanbase. A young adult price too, plus any further deals now and then are welcome, anything that help grow the fanbase.

3. Probably something more important but maybe the sound system, a lot of announcements in the north are almost impossible to hear.

I like the pies

1. Sound system is appalling and still needs addressing.
2. As someone said I always liked the teams shown on the board. I usually know what the score is, but I don’t know most of the opposition players.
3. Decent mobile connections, lost a fortune as I can’t cash out on matchdays!

I enjoy the present match day experience which has been enhanced by having The Armfield Club.

I’m grateful for all the hard work that was done by so many both within the Football Club and outside. 👍🏻⚽🍺
