Fans both ends of the pitch
30% of attendance
Away fans in abundance in home ends hospitality
Stoke 16 attempts at goal (I'm guessing having been at the game)
Burnley 85% possession (I'm guessing again having been at the game)
Last season...blah blah blah
Fuck sake...read my posts on this issue please as I am not advocating this as the reason we are going down
Fine margins and a strong away following affects games/players perform (subjective I know but most who read this, I hope know what I mean) as have been to many away games to know this
So we agree poolseaider...tv money tops a couple of hundred grand for giving the away fans 30% of attendance to the ground we can't fill
Why do it then it it gives any advantage?
How many empty seats was the question and by the way...you ask anyone in the the NW corner if the game was not affected by the experience from the away fans hospitality section above their heads...it's not just about the North you know
Make £200k this season on seat Sales but lose £2m tv and sponsorship and that makes sense...** hell!
Atmosphere is one thing but the advantage, however slight, is crucial/critical
these games are marginal and any advantage needs to be taken to stay in this division
Trouble with being shite but then giving the away fans 30% of the terraces only adds to the pressures of the game
Cov were very loud and supportive today and if we were given 5,000 (30%) for PNE we would be the same...probably why we get 2500..just saying
Over 4,000 Poverty fans in today...must of felt like a home game to them (circa 30% of gate)
We may well cream a couple of hundred thousand from away tickets this season with the current strategy but if we had literally no away fans and stay up it would be worth at least a couple of million to...

A tuppence licker
Extreme or at least disappointment from those who moved from away Blackpool many years ago (sigh)...how about pointing fingers at those who don't play the "9 holes" or play the course at all??
Hardly anyone crosses that road between 7am - 6pm for fear for their lives carrying clubs etc no matter...
