Wife just showed me a photo of him recently. He was massively obese and without the facts, I fear that wouldn’t have helped him.
Please all, try where you can to cut down the bulk a bit. It’s ok packing on the muscle as that’ll help you move about more, but it’s those belly layers that take their toll
