And this is one of Critchley's biggest issues. He has a falling out with a player and let's that affect their working relationship. He would bench Messi if they had a falling out. He did it with Yates in the Championship as well.

Got Premiership and Championship clubs all looking at Dembele and he doesn't even start for us. Just shows how ridiculous Critchley is.
They're feeding of scraps, and appears they're expected to run around as hard as they can and create something out of nothing. The only critism is that when they get the odd ball into them they lose it.
