Was thinking of making that very point. Gabriel was very average today but gees up the crowd so all is forgiven.I like Gabriel but it seems if he makes a mistake it’s forgiven as he’s a fans favourite, if Carey does the same he gets slated, that really pisses me off
He’s been managed atrociously, like the rest .Needs to be encouraged to do what he’s good at, taking it to the opposition & committing players. Feels to me that he, along with others, have to adopt a more cautious approach. He’s a player that needs some freedom and to know it’s ok to lose possession sometimes, when he’s trying to make things happen.
Yes, but not in dangerous areas like he did at Fleetwood when he cost us a win!Needs to be encouraged to do what he’s good at, taking it to the opposition & committing players. Everyone is better when they don't have Norburn beside them. Even the grass is greener when Norburn is not on itI think Carey has shown in the last couple of games that he needs game time and is so much better when he’s not alongside Norburn!
my motm today. Some fans need to give their heads a wobble where Carey is concerned. He had another good game today but like most players Critchley and those useless managers last season have sucked the confidence out of him.
