    Reading match abandonment

If Reading choose to use their final fixture to protest against their owner, to the point the match is abandoned, what are the consequences of that? Is it a replay or are we awarded a draw?

    Happy with that

Refereeing aside, I would have taken a point before the game. The fact we dug that point out with hard work and guts is all the more special. Fortress BR.

    Defense this season

Husband is absolute class this year. Casey has come into the team and grown about two inches. Callum seems to be able to put a shift in anywhere he's put on the pitch. Pennington, reliable and experienced and hasn't really put a foot wrong. They are so good they're keeping Eki out of the...

    All our goals this season

All of our goals have just been posted to YouTube. Some crackers in there. The worrying thing is how many of these goals have come from players who are leaving (Yates), on loan (Poveda, Patino, Rogers) or all of the above (Bowler). All change next term, let’s home we get some lads who can hit...

    Dobbie magic

So much improvement under Dobbie. Watching today was a different team: keeping the ball on the floor, fluent passing, pressing and hounding. The relegation damage was done mid-season, but under Dobbie we have showed just how talented this group are when played in their correct positions and...

    Best Championship memories

Now it looks like we are down, what are the best memories of the last couple of years in the Championship? For me: - Bowler scoring to beat Fulham last year at home. - Beating PNE at home both times; seeing CJ bang that one in at the end back in October and just being in dreamland. - Last year...

How To Be A Football Manager -- Ian Holloway

I was in town yesterday and there was an advert for this in Waterstones: https://www.amazon.co.uk/How-Be-Football-Manager-hilarious/dp/1472298616/ I think Olly did more than enough for our club, but I wonder if there's more behind-the-scenes info we're yet to hear. Out in hardback today...

    Patino

Great for the lad to score his first for us in a derby, and it was a smashing goal too. His cross for Jerry’s second was a beauty too. I bet he loved the singing his name all match. Wonderful for him.

    Our fans volume

Sounded great on the TTV stream. Louder than their mob throughout, and kept singing even in the nervy last 15 mins. Well done everyone who made the trip 👍

    Half time team talk

We can out better in the second half against Swansea, against QPR, and against Dingles. What is he saying after 45 that can’t be said pre-match? 😂

    Massive result

Pleased there for Bowler. Shane was full of running, would be good to see him hit the target soon. We looked much more solid in the second half when Connelly moved to the midfield. Marv, Grimmy, Thompson all had very good performances. UTMP six points from twelve.

    Lubala article from The Athletic.

Apologies for the formatting. It sounds from the article like Critch tried his best to keep his integrity and great the guy fairly. Beryly Lubala, the footballer accused and found not guilty of rape In a Brighton courtroom, Beryly Lubala faced his moment of truth. After less than two hours...
