4th October 1975 - Luton Town vs Blackpool

My parents wedding anniversary. My dad was asking behind the bar for the final score at his reception and the bar man rung the gazette. All he got was “We won 3-2 and Peter Suddaby scored the winner”.

But does anyone else have any more details? I’d love to know! Tried googling but not much joy.

I remember that game - exciting for a youngster.
Wet day and winner was scored in front of South Paddock.
Remember Luton’s white kit and their fans in the Kop.
We had some good fixtures v Luton …
