70% Recruitment

Interesting 'stat' on Radio 5 just now... that 70% of a club's success on the field is down to recruitment and the other 30% is down to management (variously motivation, tactics, training, physio regime).

Agreed. You could recruit me , but the best management in the world could oh don’t make me play well. However, give me a team of Galactocos and we d be in with a chance

I think it's 77.468% which is the first number I pulled from my backside but it's certainly correct. (probably).

The problem is our recruitment and managerial choices were both wrong this season which lead to 100% failure!
