I think it’s actually helpful. MA just needs to read his ‘Empathy for dummies’ manual and just slightly consider his demeanour and how he’s viewed when the chips are down.

He can pull off the quiet brooding Heathcliffe type when we are top of the league. When fighting relegation he does look like he doesn’t give two when of course he does and it must hurt him to be underperforming
