Top of the table match with Brackley Town.
4 of us going. My first match there since the Ormerod Testimonial. Anyone else going on this otherwise boring International weekend which I can’t stand!
 
There's plenty of local non-League action on Saturday!! 😁

AFC Blackpool are at home with a chance to get back in the NWCFL Division One North promotion playoffs if they win against Daisy Hill.

And over the road Squires Gate play host to Wythenshawe Town, in the NWCFL Premier Division.

And to make it a trio of next door neighbours... there is also Wren Rovers vs Atherton Town in the third round of the Lancashire FA Amateur Shield (kick off 2pm as they don't have floodlights)

Also in the same cup competition, and same kickoff time, Wyre Villa vs Carnforth Rangers

And in the West Lancashire League there are more home games for local sides!

Thornton Cleveleys vs Whitehaven Amateurs
Poulton vs Burscough Richmond
Freckleton vs Rossendale

Lytham Town are away at Southport Hesketh

There's also three sides in the Mid Lancashire League!! 😁 Anchorsholme, Lytham AFC and Kirkham...

Yep wife in London at the weekend so a good excuse to take in the game and have a few beers and cheer a few ex Pool lads on. 👍

England v Albania in the evening but that doesn’t excite me one bit. 😬

Miserable lot!
Looking forward to England v Albania and inevitable qualification.
You lot would be giving it hell if we ever fail to qualify for a WC or Euro.
It wasn’t easy watching the 1994 and following Ireland.

I think Fylde deserve to be in the National League after they were unfairly relegated.

Where is that new Starbucks on the M55 in relation to their ground (an out of towner here for the last 20 years who still can't get a perspective on where everything now is!)

If you come off the M55 and turn towards Kirkham, the ground is about a mile down on the right. Can't miss it.

I don't think it's a lack of support its just the total lack of excitement as most of the games are walkovers.
