AJ Fight

Stayed up to watch it and rewatched this morning (without alcohol 😂)

He totally exposed JNs compete lack of boxing skills. Hand dropped and AJ unleashed a bomb straight from the hip. Brutal.

So pleased as Fury made himself look like a fool and made it look like any martial artist could rock up into boxing and go straight to the top. Not true.
Yeah he showed Ngannou up for the boxing novice he is. Brutal finish.
Two years ago I would have said Fury defo beats Joshua but I’m not so sure now. Think the Wilder fights took a lot out of Fury.

Not sure Fury's head is in the game anymore. Seems to have lost the plot just running his mouth a lot.

Totally agree, boxing is a totally different discipline, and very pleased for AJ because had he lost then career over.
Don’t know if any of you are old enough to remember but Mohammed Ali took on a martial expert (some Japanese bloke) who claimed he could beat a pro boxer. The martial arts bloke spent most of the time lay on his back and just tried to use his feet
Looking back it might have been staged because it was so comical.
As for today’s pros, without doubt Fury has been probably one of, if not the best heavyweights this country has produced but it’s a brutal sport and time time takes its toll and I’m in superbretty’s corner here (deliberate boxing pun) that AJ could certainly give Tyson a run for his money.
As for all the hype with John Fury, who does he think he is?
If he is deluded enough to think he can beat Mike Tyson then he should put his money where his mouth is and bring it on. But it will never happen because he knows he wouldn’t last one round.
BTW, I wouldn’t say that to his face.

Antonio Inoki who was a pro-wrestler. Was completely staged and a bit of a sham with the crowd booing for much of it as neither man wished to get hurt. Nice cash grab by both men though. Is thought to be where the origins of MMA were thought up.

What a performance. Wilder or Whyte next for AJ would be my guess
He’ll also be hoping that one of the 4 belts comes vacant- I believe that one of the sanctioning bodies is refusing to agree to the contracted rematch between Fury, and Usyk.
If that happens, he is likely to fight Filip Hergavich which would be a much easier route to a world title than fighting Fury or Usyk
The other thing is that he should be able to fight quite soon as he has barely had a glove laid on him in the fights against Wallin and Ngannou

AJ needs to just do what he does best. He's not the best boxer but the man's a absolute wrecking ball, best finisher in boxing. He should have just smashed Uysk to bits, I know it's easier said than done but to try and outbox him was just stupid. I think AJ only hit Uysk a handful of times but still messed his face up.

I’m wondering if he will fight Parker which is probably a better match. No appetite to see Wilder or White in the ring with him. I think Fury will swerve him and the crazy Cossack is too good for him.

Parker is contracted to a rematch with zang. I think it will be for the IBF strap which will be taken from the winner of the undisputed and then it’s AJ v Hergavic for the IBF title

For me an on the ball fit Tyson Fury beats them all, seen them all fight and have always thought he would come out on top IMO

Totally agree with that. A top form Fury and AJ barely lays a glove on him.
The only person who can beat Fury in the current heavyweight division is Fury himself.
If he comes in fit and focused he beats all of them.

Fair play to aj, he looks a different boxer last 2 fights, he’s stopped fuppin around doing half hr shows on the walk out and cracked on

It is known they are building AJ to look good again for some massive paydays they have to make sure the results go to the plan. Some saying a managed practiced performance like wrestling .
