An alleged altercation between our own fans?

Nobody was ever fighting over our pork shop pies. Must’ve been good pies at Wolves.

Making a joke about the pork ship pies is in poor taste...

It might have been due to a conversation about the lack of pie filling. "No, you want filling in?" Might have been said in a confused discussion. Can see how that could be taken as a threat.

The only way Blackpool can hand out a beating is one Seasider to another.

Used to be pretty common back in the "bad old days".

I remember an away game at Notts County in the early 90s with half the stand fighting each other. Also a mass brawl at Stoke over someone saying John Murphy was shit.

The guy was falling over pissed in the stand then went up to the concourse and poured his beer over a lad who then cracked him. He was in shit shape when I saw him and they was firing the defibrillator up. Just back now and not heard anything but honestly he looked gone .

Hilarious ? Get a grip you muppet. Someone is in hospital after an assault, you say you know them. Please explain which part of this is hilarious? Maybe his son that’s had to travel home from the midlands without his father finds it hilarious too you ** idiot.

I thought it was just a precaution? I am not belittling the seriousness of the injury or the fact it was a violent act, it was about it being over a pie, if that was in fact what it was over. So wind your neck in I said in my op I hope he is okay and originally it was stated it was to do with the football and supporters turning on each other which sounded horrendous. I can’t see how a pie can end up with someone in hospital, surely there is more to it than that?

So it was fuck all to do with a pie, what a sad state of affairs, I hope he’s okay, did he hit his head on the steps or something? Sounds like the stewards should have dealt with it much earlier

Somebody spilt some drink on someone, he turned round and hit him, he then fell to the floor and smacked his head on the concrete. Taken to hospital 20 minutes later

Well I take back what I said and will delete it, when you get the facts you can make an informed comment, a sad incident all round, the demon drink strikes again.

Goodness me
Hope everyone safe and healthy
Surely things aren't so bad that we've returned to the in-fighting we saw during the day's before the Oystons left.
Madness, I agree

70's and 80's as well. If you watch some old footage, you can see fans being carted out of the ground by the police.

Wind my neck in, the kids got a ** bleed on the brain and you’re still ** at it. You need to leave it here and shut up. Oh and one more thing, you seem to be the only moron that thinks it’s hilarious. Hope none of your family ever get a bleed on the brain, no matter what the circumstances.
So sorry to hear this news. Hope he recovers well 🧡🤍🧡🤍

Has the other guy been charged with a serious offence. Will the club issue a life ban or will it be swept under carpet by club and police.

Last ever match at Leeds Road Huddersfield v Pool, 30th April 1994. They only gave us 1,000 tickets in the stand, and during the game, which we lost 2-1, loads of Pool fans were arguing, effing and jeffing at each other, at least a couple of fights occurred in our stand between people supporting Owen Oyston and Billy Ayre fans.
The atmosphere was toxic that day. It's something I hope never to see again.
