And another one bites the dust.....

I pose a question here which I am not sure of the answer, or know if it’s the case here.

Who is worse?

A The person offering tax payers cash in the future for a deal to gain publicity today.

B The person accepting future tax payers cash to help someone gain publicity today.

C It’s politics and it is only tax payers cash so it does not matter.

D Both should be kicked out of politics for being corrupt.

Just asking for a friend 👍
I'll go for E. People who don't see citizens, only tax payers.

There is an interesting piece about this on here;

According to that, No House of Lords seat or parliamentary seat has been offered. Starmer, as a barrister, seems like a stickler for the rules, I really do hope that nothing has been offered for her defection.
She does seem like quite a bad fit for the Labour party given her political history - it's not a great move to piss off your own side which Starmer may have done here. This one could easily back fire. It's one thing taking in an NHS worker from the Tories, it's quite another taking in somebody with such strident views.

On last night's Question Time from Stoke, a show of hands was asked for from the audience to judge how many thought Nathalie Elphicke would be an asset to the Labour party. Not one hand was raised. It was a case of quickly move on to save any embarrassment.
