And the weekend just gets better ……

I hate this family with a passion. But one day there will be jelly and ice cream and a fans party on Bloomfield Rd. We just have to bide our time 😛😛😛😛😛

Is he still fighting the council over Council tax for the Penthouse or has he lost that as well?

Is this legal, drawing unrealistic leases, have the clubs legals made a major major balls up regarding this ?
Why delete the last one, have the club got a moderator on board. I'm asking a question to a legal expert in property not a half wit mod.
TITD I don't have the detail so I can't really comment.

The Rapist sold Home Farm in Lytham 4 years ago for more than he "sold" Blackpool FC for......£14m...although it was worth £17m
The only fun part is now it's worth £20m.....but he needed the money very quickly for some reason

They also rinsed Fylde Council for the new Moss Road being built...I did hear £4m for the land.
The stains parceled the land up into lots and they all owned different sections, which will be worth even more, once the road actually opens.

All that cash and everyone hates him......even his family

I often wonder how on Earth this man made all his money .

He lives on another planet .

Must have been incredibly lucky .
He was extremely lucky with the sale of Oyston estate agents. His business flourished after H.D. Askew (another time served crook) went bust. He sold just when the housing business was at its peak. It was pure luck as no one forecast Black Monday and the crash in October 1987.
He bought BFC for £1 at a time when allegedly Asda were desperate to open in the Fylde.
Fortunately the council would not allow the club land to be sold for retail development.
His next bit of luck came from Belekon and his investment leading to the promised land.
Most of us wonder why a little investment in January 2011 would have almost guaranteed survival.
Of course there were many failed business ventures too.

He also used his wealth to buy loads of land around Lancashire which has also gone up considerably since acquisition, greatly outperforming other markets & stocks over the same period

Fair while ago that wyndyke village thing got planning for the pub to be built by the harbour. Nothing so far.

I presume they still own that? If yes why would u get all the planning sorted and then nothing.... unless cash flow a bit tight 🤞

But regardless what a sad sad family...

He's 90 in January and surely the old bugger can't have long left.
A wasted life full of greed, bitterness and hate - he won't be missed by many when he goes.
