Anyone know whats happening with his Court case? Mosser, your normally in the know?
I've heard that the verdict is due very soon but can't find anything online .
 
Still ongoing.

Think there were several long adjournments (ill health?)

Can’t imagine there’s much more to go

It’s rather shocking (as an aside) that a football club owner and major regional employer is on trial for serious charges and there’s been only minimal media coverage. Not good for the administration of justice (or for him)

It's certainly not got much coverage that's for sure.

Why is the lack of coverage of the charges against him bad for him?

Because he has the words ‘fraud trial’ attached to his name and little or no opportunity for people to hear the detail of the charges against him or, more importantly to him, his side of the story.

This may not be how he feels about it. At least not at the moment …
