Any Registration Problems (Updated)

We've noticed quite a lot of those who have registered haven't validated their accounts by clicking on the validation link on their profile. If you haven't had an e-mail from us, check your Spam folder. If you'd like us to check that you're registered, we can manually approve your account - just drop us a line anotherviewfromthetower@gmail.com

Thanks to everyone who has taken the time to register today (you're a lot easier than the Boro lot!) - spread the word that this forum will eventually replace the old one and any questions, don't forget you can message any user on the site (including us), just click on the envelope at the top.

As we said on the old board, that will remain in place until we feel that we have got this board established and so feel free to use both, but it would be great if you could bookmark this site and start using it.
 
I can confirm that all AVFTT mail went to my spam box, so I urge anyone with unregistered accounts to check through their spam messages before clearing

Far better than the old avftt,it kept telling me I was banned. LoL

If your validation e-mail is in your spam/junk folder you may have to move it to your inbox folder for the activation link to work.
 
Email didn't arrive requested re send still nothing even in Spam. E-mailed them directly sorted in a couple of minutes 👍
 
guys whats the difference between an active member and a well known member, just interested....
 
If you've not had an e-mail to activate your account, we've manually accepted a number today and so try logging on with your username and password.
 
Annoying that my user name breaks over two lines. Any way to reduce the font size or make the panel slightly wider. Several other users also get their username broken up.
 
We're now on 700+ members (some still to validate their accounts) and so going well. The other site will remain open for some time yet however we're getting about 5k different users on here daily which is not far short of where we were on the old forum and so delighted with the uptake. If you have any friends who are BFC fans, if you can ask them to register, it just gives us an indication of where we're up to. Ideally we always had about 1k in mind for the switch over as the previous site had 11k users but that was over 13 years!
