Anybody have a spare hanging planter for garden??

Random request folks and not expecting anything really, but my elderly Nana has been let down repeatedly by some catalogue she ordered her planters from (think she said 22 inch is the mount on her wall), they’ve delayed her for the third month in a row. I don’t live in the Pool any more and it’s frustrating not being able to help, just wondered if anybody round Martin sort of way might have an old planter I could buy for her?

Hi mate thanks so much for the reply, I think all she’s got is the hooks on the wall at the moment anything that would fit on there would be dynamite

But one of my girls can pick one up and take to your nana if you are still stuck at the weekend

Hooks 22 inch apart sounds more like a wall trough with a flat back, than a basket....I did have a couple somewhere but I’m over in Manchester....hope you get sorted.

Thanks Lala, I wouldn’t want to send them on a wild goose chase round the shops though not being there to assist! It has been hard for her these last couple of years with the pandemic, though she has just moved into new housing (hence the planter!) after living in a place that was just falling apart and full of all types. It’s been a long time coming, but she is absolutely over the moon with it and that was just the best Christmas present ever for all of us at the end of last year!!

Thanks Lala, I wouldn’t want to send them on a wild goose chase round the shops though not being there to assist! It has been hard for her these last couple of years with the pandemic, though she has just moved into new housing (hence the planter!) after living in a place that was just falling apart and full of all types. It’s been a long time coming, but she is absolutely over the moon with it and that was just the best Christmas present ever for all of us at the end of last year!!

My girls wouldn’t mind, if you still need one Sunday morning send me a link to one in any shop that has a Cleveleys or Blackpool branch,somewhere like wilkos or B&Q or Argos or whatever or just send idiot proof details and we’ll sort it.
