Anyone buying a ST who won't make many games?

So, I moved away from Blackpool years ago and the last time I had a season ticket was the Prem season and even then I only made 7 games all season (largely down to when the games were played). Next season, I reckon I can maybe get to 10 games if the fixtures fall on the right weekends (and a bonus if we have two games close to Christmas time for family visits) but I've bought two season tickets next season for me and my partner which is nothing to do with attending games but more supporting Simon.

I'd like to think this season more than ever that fans will support him because, as he says, the important thing this next 12 months is to stay in the Championship. That extra £10 million or so we'll get from the EFL, Sky, Ticket Money, Sponsorship etc is vital to a club like ours (which lets face it will be at the bottom end of average attendances). Anyone else who'll not be able to attend many games investing - would like to think a few will.

I've bought two for me and the missus but the second will be used by various friends and acquaintances for midweek games and some Saturdays.

I have one and its a 500 mile round trip. I will probably only do 10 games myself so the ticket will be available for BASIL members who want to go to a game or people I know off here.

I will also be staying at the club hotel so I don't have to do the trip in a day (I find that really gruelling) so that will add funds to the club too.

I have a 380 mile round trip but I still plan to buy one to add my support. If I don't I'll still end up spending the equivalent via game tickets and merchandise purchases... 👍

I’ll do well to make 14 games with midweek being impossible and whatever covid chucks at us this winter.

Money will be spent well and that’s all that matters
Yes, that's the key point Athers. The money will definitely be well spent. Or to put it another way, under SSS (Sir Simon Sadler) your money will definitely be re-invested in the team and club infrastructure. I think we've all seen and heard enough from him to be confident this will happen. 👍

We've bought two season tickets, but will be living in Gran Canaria between January and April.
If I only get to see half the matches, that'll be fine. More importantly It helps Simon Sandler understand that the town of Blackpool is fully behind him.

Over 3000 miles each way hopefully make 2 games a season - I feel part of the family on social media - but even 1 / 2 games a season to be part of match day at Bloomfield Road see many old faces , old haunts a few beers just magical and for me a tangerine dream

Yes mate. I work in catering so Saturday will be difficult ( live in Manchester) so can’t make many. Just gotta support the boys when I can in person and hopefully a few games will be moved for TV

I often wondered during the Prem whether there were seats that weren't used by ST holders who couldn't make games. Shame there can't be some sort of ticket swap bank for those who can't make every game but have decent seats which casual fans might want?

Midweek and Sunday games I usually miss out on unless I make it a few days stay. But this season will depend on train fares.

7000 miles one way for a game, so 14000 return.

I hope to make a couple of games, but have two season tickets to support the club.

Yes 300 mile round trip, have renewed. I've had one for last two seasons and sat in my seat twice. The season before last, work commitments kept me away and was just about to start travelling up regularly when Covid hit. The reason for having one is to support the Club after getting rid of the odious ones and we cant expect SS to fund it all.
