Anyone do conveyancing?

Need some help if possible.

We need office copies on maybe 8-10 plots from land registry. I know I can order but payment is via cheque and then they are sent in the post I’m led to believe, and we simply don’t have the time to wait.

Fully understand there will be a cost to provide together the normal cost. Emailed a few people and waiting response.

HMLR have an online portal for business users where most OCEs can be downloaded immediately. Not sure this is available to the general public though? Might be worth contacting a local solicitor and asking if they can get them for you, they'd probably charge but would be quicker if needed urgently.

We’d need to open a file for Lexcel purposes so it wouldn’t be worth getting involved unless there was a reasonable fee
